Details Migration of support system and new product line.

Hello,

We have exciting news to bring to all of our current and future clients! We are finally, yes FINALLY, expanding our services outside of New York. Our new servers, located in Los Angeles, are now in testing before release. That's right! We are operating our own servers in LA - not reselling.

To cope with our growth, we have moved away from our problematic support system to a better one - Kayako. All sales and support inquiries will go through the new support portal instead of the current client system. To submit a ticket to the new support system, all you need to do is log in using the same credentials as you do with the customer portal. OR simply, you can continue to submit your tickets via the same email addresses; support@rsyncpalace.com and sales@rsyncpalace.com. Over the next couple of weeks, you will see faster support response times as we are in the midst of training new employees to answer your queries.

We have also modified our legal page to reflect new changes to our TOS and AUP.

We are notifying you as part of the procedure listed on our legal page when amending changes.

Modification:
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Notice of any change by e-mail on file, is considered sufficient notice for notifying you of a modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate this Agreement by cancelling your account.
